Nothing propagates the sleazy image of pornography quite like “the money shot.” The male pulls out and blows his load all over the female, with a moronic look upon his face no doubt. A lot of fans of erotic art gladly shun any work featuring an ejaculate. I reject that view.
Ejaculation represents the climax of the sexual experience. How can you claim to create sexual artwork while ignoring this pivotal moment?
Although rarely treated in a tasteful manner, I find cum (whether real or implied) can add layers of interest to the photograph. It tells the story of what went on before. When smeared, it oils the skin and gives it a reflective aura. The astute photographer can capture stunning portraits or paint beautiful murals amid naked flesh.
