Readers of the blog know how impressed I’ve been with Brigham Field’s photography and he continues to shine. I’m also intrigued by our model, Silvie. She’s just 21 years old and hails from the Czech Republic. What’s fascinating about her (or perhaps about Czech culture) is that she works as a mainstream fashion model and elects to do erotic and sexually explicit modeling on the side. This sort of thing could kill a career in America, but the Czechs apparently have a more open mind about matters of sexuality.

Love the white lighting in this, and although we prefer our models to be a bit older (what, don’t tell us the mid-twenties is getting old!) Silvie is a beauty. The byline pic you chose (#6) is the most elegant, although we’re betting you got a kick out of #11 as you’d admitted vagina worshiping is your most passionate hobby.

Agreed that there seems to be something in the Czech DNA that celebrates sexuality as a completely healthy and normal part of everyday life. Think of Czech Milan Kundera, author of The Unforgettable Lightness of Being, who could write so erotically in his gripping, thrilling fiction (kind of the Artful Porn of the Literary world). And Silvie reminds us that somewhere between the Dinosaurs and Oasis, Czech’s own Silvia Saint once ruled Europe.
