This is the first time I’ve posted Jenna Jameson on this site and it may seem an odd choice. Truth be told, I have great respect for Jenna. I see her as the woman who made porn acceptable and even cool. She brought a new level of passion and excitement to sex scenes while raising the appeal to women. In that way, Jenna Jameson’s pornography was the gateway that allowed many women to openly enjoy pornography.
But I am most impressed by her efforts to popularize adult film. She was the original “it” girl to embrace porn while fearlessly treading into the mainstream. Not only that, but Jenna redefined the stereotypical pornstar by blossoming into a successful and intelligent business woman while paving the way for women to take an active roll as leaders in the adult industry. Hats off to you Jenna Jameson.
